Chair is comfortable for 2 or 3 hours, but neck and back aches because seat doesn't adjust high enough.

I have had this exact chair for just over 3 years now. It's been a pretty decent chair for the most part. It could stand to be a tiny bit more cushioned in the seat area, but it's not too bad. It has just barely started to make the "squeaking" noises when you are sitting in it, and turning to go from side to side while working at my desk, to pick things up from different areas of the desk while sitting, or shifting your weight while working. It's been a decent product so far. If the squeaking wasn't bothering me so much currently while working from home, I wouldn't worry too much about it, but I work early hours and the noise can be bothersome to my room mates. I am going to be re-buying the same chair as a replacement, because I have really enjoyed the features of the flip up arms, making it possible for me to push my chair completely up to my desk to free up space in my room where my desk is, while I am not working at my desk. Being so compact makes it much nicer to move through my room more freely. The height adjustment works great and the arms are comfortable too. I've enjoyed this product thus far.

Initially the chair is comfortable but if you're setting for long periods, you need more support. The mechanism easily goes up and down. The wheels do slide on carpet with some extra persuasion. Due to COVID, we need a more supportive, comfy chair for longer setting sessions.
